In order to take our all products to people's homes, we have planned to start a Kit system so that maximum possible products reach peoples home and they can check our quality of products and innovative-ness. We want to convey by this scheme that there are solutions to problems related to hygiene maintenance which people face but usually do not have idea how to solve them.

CUSTOMER CAN CHOOSE FROM VARIETY OF KITS, EVERY KIT COMPRISES OF PRODUCTS WHICH CAN BE USED TO VARIOUS APPLICATIONS AS UNDER:-

(B) CAR CARE

(C) MISCELLNIOUS APPLICATION

RATES: - WE PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS ON MARKET RATES TO OUR CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY.

LUCKY DRAW COUPON:-

On purchase of every Kit customer is entitled to get a coupon for participation in lucky draw for purchase of three kits he can get 3 coupons. Capons are only given when payment is confirmed in our accounts.

MONEY BACK/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCT:-

If any customer finds our product unsatisfactory or with manufacturing defect, he can get it replaced from our head office personally within 10 days of billing date or can get full money back specifying reason/nature of complaint in feedback form.

PROCEDURE OF PURCHASE AND PAYMENT:-

A) Customers may purchase our kit from our head office, sales office, from our distributors, authorized persons only.

C) Direct deposit in our account or money order

DELIVERY: - Customer has to take his kit from our office along with bill and coupon etc, however customers from other cities can get the kit from our authorized distributors in their area as well (IF WE HAVE AT THAT PARTICULAR PLACE), FURTHER KITS CAN BE SENT BY INDIAN POST OR ANY TRANSPORT OF YOUR CHOICE AND THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY THE FREIGHT/CHARGES IN ADVANCE.

AUTHENTICITY OF LUCKY DRAW COUPON:-Every customer can check his kit no. Coupon no. And his name and address , contact details from our website www.hatricproducts.com and can communicate us within a week's  time if he finds anything wrong within 10 days of purchase, after 10 days it would be considered that customer has found coupon no. and information correct.

DRAW:

(a) Draw will be held after 2000 kits are sold; the date and venue of  draw would be announced through print and electronic media,

(b) The draw would be held 100 %transparently in supervision of a respectable dignitary /prominent personality/ social worker.

(c) A team of camera personal, media men and customers can watch and record the event.

(d) Winners of prizes would be used for our advertising purpose and their views would be tele-casted and reproduced frequently to attain more customers for the lucky draw in future.
